„Schreiben für Immersives Theater“
Workshop mit Twin-Partner und Gruppenaustausch Berlin – Prag vom 24.2.2025 bis 28.2.2025
Bei dem dritten Workshop von Stefan Wipplinger im Rahmen von „Fabulamundi. Playwriting Europe. New Voices. 2023-2025“ für das „Interkulturelle Theaterzentrum Berlin e.V.“ (itz Berlin) steht das Thema „Immersives Theater“ im Mittelpunkt. Sein Twin-Partner David. Košták (Partner Letí Theatre) aus Prag arbeitet mit seiner Gruppe Student*innen aus der Tschechischen Republik seit über einem Jahr mit diesem Fokus und bringt Impulse und Ideen aus den Arbeiten in den Workshop von Stefan Wipplinger mit Studierenden der SRH Campus Berlin ein.
Der Workshop startet mit Studierenden der SRH Campus Berlin unter der Leitung von Stefan Wipplinger, David Košták kommt mit seiner Student*innen-Gruppe bis zum 25.2.2025 hinzu, und die SRH Studierenden reist für die letzten zwei Workshoptage nach Prague.
In Berlin macht die Gruppe einen informativen Spaziergang durch Rixdorf und besucht eineVorstellung am Maxim Gorki Theater. Die Berliner Gruppe freut sich auf einen Besuch im Nationaltheater Prag und im ‚Pomezí‘ – einem Theater spezialisiert auf Immersives Theater.
Die Leiter des Workshop werden unter anderem Fragen nachgehen wie: „Wie funktioniert Autoren*schaft im Immersiven Theater?“, und „Was brauchen Texte für Immersives Theater, das oft eine site-specific (standortspezifische) Ausrichtung hat ? Innerhalb des Workshops werden „immersive Miniaturen“ entwickelt, unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen von Immersivem Theater wird sich angenähert und ebenso von den Studierenden selbst entwickelte Konzepte und Entwürfe zur Theaterform des Immersiven Theaters erarbeitet.

„Writing for Immersive Theater“
Workshop with Twin Partner and Group Exchange Berlin – Prague from February 24 to February 28, 2025
Stefan Wipplinger’s third workshop as part of „Fabulamundi. Playwriting Europe. New Voices. 2023-2025“ for the „Interkulturelles Theaterzentrum Berlin e.V.“ (itz Berlin) focuses on the topic of „immersive theater.“ His twin partner, David Košták (partner Letí Theatre) from Prague, has been working with his group of students from the Czech Republic on this topic for over a year and will contribute inspiration and ideas from their work to Stefan Wipplinger’s workshop with students from SRH Campus Berlin.
The workshop will begin with students from the SRH Campus Berlin under the direction of Stefan Wipplinger. David Košták will join his student group until February 25, 2025, and the SRH students will travel to Prague for the last two days of the workshop.
In Berlin, the group will take an informative walk through Rixdorf and attend a performance at the Maxim Gorki Theater. The Berlin group is looking forward to a visit to the National Theater Prague and ‚Pomezí‘ – a theater specializing in immersive theater.
The workshop leaders will explore questions such as: „How does authorship work in immersive theater?“ and „What do texts need for immersive theater, which often has a site-specific focus?“ Within the workshop, „immersive miniatures“ will be developed, different approaches to immersive theater will be explored, and concepts and drafts for the immersive theater form developed by the students themselves will be developed.

February 26, 2025, Berlin. Workshop Day 3 at the SRH Campus Berlin with Stefan Wipplinger.
February 27-28, 2025, Prague. Workshop Days 4 and 5. The students of the SRH Campus Berlin will be guests in Prague.
